The Production

Since its world theatrical premiere in 1972, “Grease” has excited audiences with its universal chord of teen angst, vibrant physicality, and 1950’s pop culture. “Grease” has maintained its popularity over the years, proving that young love, friendship, and adolescent angst are universal themes.

It is a fitting start to the first of many All-County Musicals at the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center. The fun atmosphere of the show, familiar tunes, and bonding of the characters make it a great choice for year one.

Director Gavan Pamer has selected a group of top-notch behind-the-scenes talent to bring the experience of professional theater production to the show. Sets, costumes, choreography, and marketing – this is not a typical high school musical.

Begin to experience “Grease” by viewing the behind-the-scenes fun with video clips and still photos from rehearsals.
